Medicare Beneficiaries:

As of January 1, 2006, the federal government has implemented a Medicare cap of $1,860 per calendar year for outpatient rehabilitation coverage of physical therapy. This amount equates to approximately 26 physical therapy visits. We will be tracking the number of visits you have used and will inform you when you are approaching the limit.
